I live in Edinburgh, and I thought it was a taxi company (there is a taxi company in Edinburgh, whose number starts 0131-777), but the bloke, with a very pronounced Asian/Indian accent said that he wanted to talk to my wife to discuss her account with them. As I am the account holder, he was clearly talking bollocks. I toyed with the idea of being racially offensive, but I couldn t think of anything (which annoyed me!), so I kidded on I was a Detective Sergeant with

I was contacted by them 3 months ag about an existing old debt monument credit card. Made payment of ?140 told them I would pay them again next month, gave them my account details, they rang me the next month and I made another payment from the same account, said I would pay outstanding balance next month. I have been away for a few weeks and when I returned home they have left me 2 messages on my works phone I then checked my emails and bank statements only to find out they have already took my money from

Said they were a debt company that I was dealing with already... But had "no prior knowledge of contracting me or dealing with me"... Funnily enough I m already paying the real Arvato and have proof of that in my bank account
