Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 11642826xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with car accident chasers, mostly Central claims Group, just another insurance telemarketing. Silent call, then hang up. Possibly trying to get return call to a premium rate number. I think the number shown on my mobile may be a spoof number to prompt me to reply and be diverted to the premium rate real number. This is the second time in 2 days I have reported a problem. Once to my landline, this one to my mobile. Really getting sick of the extent of the problem. Had 90 junk mails yesterday. Maybe need to change email address and phone numbers, big inconvenience.

First call was number withheld and left voicemail "you have an important call about your free lottery ticket. Please press 1 to receive the call". Next day called again displaying number 0203 769 5758, once again let it go to voicemail and the same message was left. Caller now blocked on my iPhone. Free lottery ticket - I suspect not. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is!
