Seems to be a scam number which tried to give me a link for a language tutor lesson I didn't book.

Scam call telling your bank card has been used

A BANKING SCAM. Called by this number about suspect activity on my account. Banks do not contact you with recorded messages. I have checked my account anyway and there are no outstanding transactions pending.

Fraud This number claimed to be from HMRC Fraud department and I had just committed a criminal offence!! Needless to say, it is total rubbish. HMRC will never ever phone you, full stop!! and a mobile number is a bit pathetic anyway. Do not respond to this number!!!!

Looks like dating related scam. Asks to contact on WhatsApp probably to get phone numbers.

Scam - Recorded message saying your current account has been suspended and to press 1 to speak to a representative.

This is a "bank security department announcement" !!" was the message. Total scam

Called my number and said about 2 bank transactions. Probably a scam

SCAM. Called just before midday today (25/03/22). A male, southern English, recorded(?) voice on a line that seemed to be breaking up assured me that I was entitled to a free medical alert pendant. Scam! Have nothing to do with anyone calling from this number!

SPAM A guy with a scouse accent, called up saying he was from Fleetpoint Magazine, sounded very odd, almost intoxicated. Was pressing for information about company vehicles but seemed very against actually explaining WHY he wanted that information. SCAM Thiks was a recorded meesage claiming to be from a 'bank security' firm, stating there had been two unlawful Amazon purchases from my bank account. I hung up at this point, and checked my bank account. There had been no illegal activity on my account. Beware of this number and messages on it.

Received a text asking if I fancy winning a MacBook Air? With a link to follow stating There we’re 10 up for grabs! What I don’t understand is how they even know my name. I tried dialling the number and it is not recognised. SCAM!!!!

Typical AnyDesk - scammer. DON'T let them gain control over your computer!

Scam number, said I'd been in a car accident and was owed £400k and they simply needed my debit card number, expiry date and the 3 digits on the back so they could "transfer the funds" to my account. When I declined to provide the details they told me I was "being a nerd".

Called at 05:40am and hung up.

Automated call SCAM

SCAM Said that I was a long-standing Sky customer eligible for a 40% discount. I said I wasn’t interested. They hung up. From background noise, I would guess the call was made from a foreign call centre.

SCAM States payments to Amazon and 1 other need to be authorised. Wants you to engage with them. Using area code to try to scam you. Beware

SCAM - has to be. This number called me today. I do not answer unrecognised numbers. They left a voice mail, foreign voice, couldn't really pick up on everything said, voice was quite deep. They did say I needed to make a payment and to answer emails. Up until this mornings call I had had no emails asking for payment - not that I would answer them anyway. email in my Inbox purporting to be from Bulb (My Energy Company) - I have a DD with them they would not act in this way = DELETED !

Recorded message supposedly from HMRC. Hung up.

Could not pronounce my name and offered a discount on all my white goods as I hadn't claimed in the last 6 months..... Had my address and postcode then for their records asked for Bank sort code ..... you can guess what said then !
