A robot voice told me it was HMRC and prosecution will be done against me, because I received a mail, or something, and I think it was a scam call.
Call went dead when I answered.
This is a scam caller pretending to be from a Lyca phone provider offering cheap contracts, the company they are pretending to be are Mobiles.co.uk. They tried offering me a £35 contact for 24 months for a Samsung S23 ultra, which was too good to be true worked out at (£840.00). I explained I did not trust cold callers, so they asked me for an email address. They sent me the email which looked genuine. But it had a different number to the one one the official website. These people keep calling my mobile number and asking for the complete wrong person! I have told them on numerous occassions that they have the wrong number and to remove my contact information but it obviously goes in one ear and out the other! I have blocked this number from my phone number but I would like to officially report the problem so if anyone knows how to do this please share. Thanks
