Was called by this company re a minor RTA I had a few months ago and was told there was a pot of money waiting for me if I proceeded with a personal injury claim. I told him it had all been dealt with and I was satisfied but he did not want to take no for an answer and persisted in telling me I would be foolish not to make a claim. this company just rang and rang and rang, even when i asked them why they were calling me 4-5 times each day the caller just laughed and hung up - i just blocked the number after a few days had enough of the rude callers.

Called asking of I had been in an accident in the past 3 years. When I said no she said my number would be taken off the list. Why was it on a list?!
