The lady tried to get me to make a booking but said I could change it at a later date if needed. I refused to commit and said I needed more time. Two calls to my work phone from this number in the last week. I missed them both and no message was left. Google tells me the 0390 prefix is only used for fake numbers so putting this one in the annoying "spam" category.

SCAM - I have had at least thirty calls from this number, all with the same female voice wanting to discuss my “home appliance cover”. I always hang up the phone straight away. These are not legitimate calls.
This number called at 2:40pm on Friday 23/04/21. On answering a very loud noise was heard, the noise continued for about 20 seconds before the call was ended.
It is almost certainly a scammer using a spoofed number. You cannot report it as it does not originate from the UK.
Seems to be from Kinex, a company claiming to save business money on insurance and services charges. Website www.kinex.co.uk shows contact numbers: - 0161 465 6610 to 6613, 0161 871 1095 to 1097 and various others. See also 01473 232194
