These clowns call from India and are very abusive. Ask them to hold on a sec and just put phone on the side and go back to what you were doing. No point arguing or being abusive as they likely have your email address and obviously have your telephone number.

The first half of the postcode he told me was from my old house address from 12 years ago and he swears it is my current British Gas account! obviously foreign scammers targeting Brits...beware
