Called me on my mobile said they were pension review team person said he was called James.Told him I m not discussing with him he said I d ticked to opt in. Told him I m not discussing he asked me why & I said I d go to Citizens Advice if I need advice. He told me they tell me to go to a very expensive IFA at this point I ended call & have now blocked the number. Usually don t answer unknown caller no but waiting for a delivery.

Why do they keep on phoning about an "accident" that I keep telling them never took place!!? So thick skinned and can t get the message. They said they are phoning to help me "close the file"! What file? Are they dumb? However, the real culprits are the people selling them the telephone numbers in the first place. What can they possibly get out of it if there was genuinely no accident to "close the file" on?? Beats me!

I said that I m sick of getting calls from you, and have already told you not to ring me again. She was trying to keep me talking, and wouldn t listen to the fact that I wasn t going to be engaged in conversation. I said that I was going to block the number, and she eventually did hang up before I did. I think that she was wanting me to take part in a "survey".
