Called today, woman claiming to be from Scottish Widows. Woman asked for me by name and could I talk about letter sent on 31/01/2017. Said I have not received the letter. Received call from a withheld number claiming to be TalkTalk and said there was an issue with my router and needed to connect to my computer. Asked for a reference number and they gave me this number 020 81233558 to call back. Instead I called TalkTalk's number on their website who confirmed no-one fro TalkTalk had called me and this was a phishing scam.
