This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Fraud Got a phone call from this number. I answered the call and nobody answered for about 20 seconds. Then a very thick Indian accent said "Hello, this is Jenny from BT Openreach.....". I replied "No your not...your a scammer" and hung up. I know and live in this dialing code and there are no BT Openreach offices in this area. Given the accent and that it is BT Openreach (which I don't even use) I suspect this is an Indian based scam call centre.

SCAM / SPAM This automated caller has rang a few times recently telling me my internet connection has been hacked and asks me to press digit no.1 on my house phone to help sort out the problem, of course i won't do this never have, its a scam call. My answer phone usually picks up these calls anyway. Pressing digit 1 on your phone can invite them to use your phone line or put you on a high call rate charge which you will have to pay. So do not follow their instructions !
