Robotic call asked for details of recent transactions and asked me to confirm that they were legit (all via phone keypad. After I answered in the affirmative I was told that I could continue to use the card as usual. On trying to use the card a few days later, it was blocked! Two phone calls to their 'Helpline' later I now have to wait for them to send me a new PIN. Total farce!

Technician called Rose Brown offered a 2 year new windows licence for 140 GBP / 4 year licence for 220 GBP and 10 year multiple machine licence for 305 GBP. At least 2 calls a day for 6/8 weeks. I don't answer numbers I don't recognise until I've checked them out, so have never answered this one. There is always a call from an "unavailable" number within 5 minutes of the 02033 call, happens too often to be coincidence

These people are scammers my son googled paypal number and it went direct to these ,they then took all his card number and security code on the bank of which I know he shouldn't have given. Called them back and they were so offensive please beware all details for his account luckily have changed
