The first thing I say to any number that calls me and starts by stating my name and asking if it is me... "Who is calling?", no response.
Grabbed the number using 1471 and tried to call back using 141 but got a number not recognised message. Assumed therefore to be 'direct marketing' or other undesirable.

Recieved a call this afternoon. The caller (female) asked to confiorm my full name,age and address. I asked what did she want and where did she get this information from - she said "oh shut up" - so I cut her off.
I rang this number because I had changed provider from Scottish Power to another supplier. There has been a mix up by the company and now I find I have been charged a premium rate call to ring Scottish Power from my mobile. How can energy providers be allowed to do that to customers?
