Direct Business Solutions (DBS). Called several times but don t seem to know about previous calls they have made. Perfectly polite but it s another sales call. this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future

Said he was from Domestic and General asked for my name, and then said he could not hear me could I give it again which I did. I had cancelled a insurance with D & G and thought they were ring to make me change my name. He then asked for the first name of my address and post code, and again said he couldn t hear me and asked me to repeat it again. This is when I got suspicious and hung up. I rang D & G and they apparently do not keep a record of outgoing cals.
