Firebrand are a legitimate training company but they're certainly quick to call. I entered a training competition online and received a call within 5 minutes.
Fraud
Missed call and when I called them back an automated voice told me I may be able to claim compensation for late flights. I'm assuming they wanted a cut for their troubles but such claims can be done by yourself.
