initially said they want to do a insulation survey and later started selling this and that. I wasted 15 minutes of my life talking to them. I told them not to call again and block them.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. someone from this number called 4 times in succession, even though they were told we were not interested in what they had to offer. I think he was probably trying to commit fraud.
