All they are doing is claiming back ppi and other loan addons prior to 2011. After 2011 I think the law changed concerning ppi. It doesnt have to be a loan but a credit card with ppi charges ect that have mounted up. They get a cut if you win so its in their interest to try and get you money back. Trustwise I would say ok as they are UK based and also will have to deal with banks and other credit companies so would get slaughtered if they were lying id assume.

I called the number back from a different number and instead of answering stating the company name like any other company they just said hello? I asked for the company name as I keep getting calls from the number - she told me reactive and then after I asked to be taken off the list she hung up.
