This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8438707xxx range (I use the app from these pages, no problems)... People did someone answer this number?

SCAM. I've just switched phone contracts around a month ago and these clowns called me up offering a 'super deal' on an iPhone with free data, calls and messaging for £40. Very strong indian accents, I repeatedly asked them who they were and who they thought I was. I was passed to a 'supervisior' who couldn't tell me who I was. A genuinec call should ask if they are speaking with the account owner. When i called them out for being scammers they got a bit short. They eventually rang off. AVOID
