Recorded message in broken English told me a fraud case against me with HMRC would result in a warrant being issued immediately if I did not press 1. So I hung up

Exactly the same as previous comment but it was Sean Johnston that called first and then when I expressed concern he asked if I would like to speak to a more senior person. He repeated word for word what Sean had said and wanted me to log in to a laptop. I cut the call and heard no more. I have concern that a more vulnerable person may be sucked into this so please spread the word.

SCAM They called my sister claiming to be an organisation she deals with, and therefore they must have accessed her email to know that. They have gained access to her email, and set it up so that we can't take access back without contacting Google. When I phoned them back they claimed to be Microsoft and asked me to run command prompts on my PC. Completely different company to the one that claimed to be calling her

I answered this as it was local and was asked about our companies landline.

I received a call from this number saying my washing machine was out of warranty as I consider warranties are not worth having due to so companies going out of business I never take advantage of them plus the appliance was brought years ago, I consider it a bit late plus I always check a number out once the call has been made and considering there is no record of it, it has got to a scam caller :-)

This number came up on pc claiming it had been hacked and was malware collecting credit card details. Saying call "#above" immediately. It is a con I called Microsoft they told me what I already knew. SCAM trying to sell you unneeded security or after info. The man hung up when I said I was calling on behalf of friend so wasn't at pc, he then hung up twice without answering.

Also had a call from a James Henderson....my caller was a ROBOT/MACHINE very false and tinny.....certainly NOT an human voice....... Came through on my mobile....but only a very few people know my mobile...i hardly ever use it??
