10/03/22 at 10.37am. I answered with hello. A man said; "I'm fine and if somebody has complained about me I'm fine. Goodbye" He then hung up. He sounded angry. I have no idea what this call was about. To-date (in the 27 years I have had this number) I have never had a 'wrong number' type of call, as far as I am aware it is not similar to any local business/official numbers!

I said that I didn't believe this was a genuine call, hung up and then called HMRC but couldn't get through. After an hour and half trying I gave up, but I don't believe they call people from mobile numbers and I know I don't owe anything.

Believe that this number could be associated with Bank Payment scams. I had an automated call from the bank stating that they has identified to suspicions payments against my account and would I confirm 'yes'; or 'no'. When I confirmed that I knew nothing about them I was put through this number which was answered by a man who gave his name as a Paul Butler and stated that he was a member of the Bank Fraud team. SPAM Person asked for a name that I have never heard of. I told him sorry, wrong number. He said "that's fine, what's your name please?" I said he doesn't need my name as he has called the wrong number and he got mad at me telling me that I'm rude and should tell him name. I hung up.
I missed a call from this number just now (3.4.23 at 12.51). My son works in Glasgow and I was worried that something might have happened. I tried to call it back x3 and each time, after a long pause, the call failed to connect.
Called at 5am two times in a row. When I answered they just hung up without saying anything.
