Automated call received am 19.3.21. Saying £400 taken out of my bank account for Amazon and a large amount of money had been transferred to an international money lender.

I was contacted by this number who said they were Carphone Warehouse and I was due an upgrade on my phone. I felt the telemarketer was very friendly but was very pushy. Repeating my details over and over. He then had to phone back to say that my address wasn t on their system and that I needed to phone Orange and update even though I have lived at my address for 34 years and had 3 Orange contracts. Surely I would of had something in the post or an email of some kind instead of these young kids who call up. Im starting to wonder now.
