This number(01618186978) was given to me 9 days ago by someone who purported to be from BT's online technical team, which was sorting out an issue with my internet line (I'm no longer a BT customer, but they knew that).

I keep getting recorded calls asking if I want energy efficient replacement windows under a government scheme. At the end of the message there is an option to press a single digit number on your phone (I think 7) to be taken off the calling list. Having tried this a number of times but still receiving the calls I pressed number 5 to select a call back. Few days laterI had the call back from 01202080040. Spoke to two Asian people (one female and one male) Both claimed they were from Microsoft and became very aggressive. They hung up when I refused to give them control of my computer.
No idea but don't answer 0845 no's but suspicious enough to check this site.
Called me to try get my business on top pages of google for certain searches... 17 mins later he got off the phone after politly saying no thanks for a number of times! Talks a lot, and if you call back, call on a witheld number as they can see your number when you call then back to see who it was/ how you can help etc!!
