Some one called on my partner's mobile phone - a number that she shares very rarely if not at all. Toby, the caller, announced that my partner had won the lottery, to which she responded, "Oh, really? Do you want my banking details?" At which point 'Toby' hung up. Received a call from 01315373892. No one spoke when I answered, and just heard my own voice echo back at me. I haven’t hung up yet, and so far I’ve had this silent call going for over 10 minutes. They can’t scam anyone else if they are still on the line with me ????

I am completely covered in scam calls from India where the fact that my number is on a government do-not-call list is completely ignored. A valid phone company would not ignore the fact that my number is listed.
