They didn't know who I booked through or where I went. Clear case of a scam. No-one who can't verify these poor conditions would be entitled to a refund, let alone one that was for more than the cost of the holiday.

Keeps calling every day even though I ve told them I m not interested & this is an ex directory number I m presuming it s a marketing call but he asks for me by name, I said I m not telling them who they are speaking to unless they tell me who is calling & then I say I m not interested & put the phone down but they call back every morning around about 9am. When are they going to get the message I m not interested.
