Is 100% definitely DVLA. The number was quoted at the top of a letter from them which was sent with the returned application for renewal of my licence as I hadn't filled in all the required information.
SCAM. Fake citizens advice bureau scum. They will take your details and sell you Eastern Europeans who then in turn sell you to Albanians who then in turn will sell you to an IVA introducer who will then it turn sell you to an Insolvency Practitioner as a packaged case. This number is on documentation relating to a complaint letter supposedly from Bank of Scotland. No complaint made looks like it wants you to phone the number where I suspect charges will be incurred. It is a scam and the second one I have received. Address does not tie up no phone number like it on bank website letter unprofessional.

Called regarding our website domain, called himself Luke from PDM. Asked to speak to whoever set up the domain, told him that it was set up a long time ago and I wasn't sure but that I could help. He ignored that and asked to speak to the MD, I advised him I wouldn't pass him through to the MD for such a query and that I could help at which point he hung up. At best a rude salesperson, at worse a scam. I can't find any information relating to them online so most likely the latter, best to avoid.
