When quizzed on insurance account numbers we were given a random account number and an account start date which pre-dated our arrival in the town. When asked for the address of the account we were given an alternative address in the town.

Totally fed up with these calls. When this number is put into google one response says you are charged just for answering! I hope this is not the case and think its high time this sort of scam was stopped it seems TPS is no use at all .

This was smart as I had last week mailed a parcel to Europe but I had it tracked so when I check my tracking number on the official royal mail website it said it had already been delivered.
