An male idiot called me to follow up on a brochure I had ordered. I told him I previously did arrange for a home visit and these planks cancelled it at 2 hours notice citing a broken down car. They use to call our office in Germany repeatedly, even when asked this not to happen again. Quite rude response thereupon.

I m receiving calls from Red Star Financial Management on a weekly basis now. Often twice a week.
