This is a scam where they pretend to be BT and will give you te above number to call with an id code to verify their authenticity. They tell you they want to shut down your Broadband for 5 days due to errors - blah blah. Probably after they will try to get access to your pc in some way. It’s a prank, they are using an app called prank dial. The app has a variety of different recorded messages. If our call the number back you can request to be block from all calls from prank dial. It is pretty much always safe.
