My husband had a call from these people claiming to be from Credit Investigation Department. He kept calling ny hubbt Ma am instead of sir and he heard me laughing in background and said, why are you laughing you f**king credit b**ch then put the phone down. We found it funny but were shocked at same time.
Caller mentioned we were registered with a call blocking scheme and knew my name, address, that we pay our phone bill by direct debit and that the card used expires next year and asked for expiry month. Not comfortable with call so refused to say and hung up.
