Once connected it has a few seconds of silence, a nice clear sign its unsolicited but I thought I d wait and see who they were. Another call from a scammer telling me he is from Virgin Media and the reason for his call is because I am having problems with my broadband he claims that it is running slow and that's why he is calling me today so he tells me to press the windows flag key and the letter R which brings up the run box as in the first picture then he tells me to type in eventvwr in the run box then press the OK BUTTON on the Run box which then brings up the Administrative events as in picture 2 then he tells me to highlight
