They are working good, they got my info as they already have they verified me and have sent me the legal documents on my door address, i read carefully and signed them regarding my car accident they did not charge a single penny out of my pocket and provided me the compensation money within 8 working days. I would rate it positive.

Got this call abroad at least 3 times. Picked up out of curiosity, no one said anything and hung up. Definitely untrustworthy for me

Have phoned me at least 10 times in the last 4 days on my mobile. A real nuisance, I have now blocked the number but they still don t give up.

Rang once, couldn t understand name of company but heard PPI, so put phone down, rang back immediately and the male operative said, "Why did you put the phone down", I replied, "Cos I m not interested". He answered, "Interested in what" in an angry tone, so I just said, "In whatever you re selling" and hung up again. The phone then rang again immediately and I didn t answer. Didn t like the tone of the call at all, or appreciate being rung back a further twice.

rang mine and then the next number in the office. Same as above, someone on the other end was talking to someone else, hung up as soon as I answered.

Received a call today from "Martin" who claimed to be from TPS, confirmed my phone number (which he rang to), my name and address and then asked me to confirm my expiry date for credit/debit card - when posed the question "why" he needed to know financial details for a free service, he suggested It was for verification purposes - I declined and asked from which company he was calling, at which point the phone went dead - SCUM!

THEY PHONED MY SHOP TODAY SAYING THEY WERE FROM METERING DEPARTMENT AND MY GAS METER WAS GIVING FALSE READING OF OVER £6000, THEY WANTED TO SEND AN ENGINEER TO CHECK IT BUT NEEDED MY CONTRACT NUMBER. I ASKED WHAT THE METER NUMBER IT RELATED TO, BUT THEY KEPT ASKING FOR CONTRACT NUMBER. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THEIR MANAGER AND THEY HUNG UP. BY THE WAY I DO NOT HAVE A GAS SUPPLY AT MY BUSINESS.

JTM called to make an appointment and I missed the call. I had complaoned that hey had not called me previously. you cannot call them back as they answer and ask how they can help but as soon as you say anything they pretend they cannot hear you and put the phone down I have now tried from 3 different phones and am very annoyed.

I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk. These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. Got a call from a pleasant girl saying she was from "Energy Rescue" at EuroCentral in Motherwell. I took control of the call with lots of chit chat, asking how her day was, how many calls has she made, what was the company phone number, what was their address, had she been working long today etc. etc. etc. I now do this with all calls and it drives them nuts.
