They sell extended warranties and repairs - basically your item breaks and then they fix it within the extended warranty period. They are massively expensive - Cheaper to go to original manufacturer or call in domestic and general or something like that. I was trying to dig some info on the internet, don't want to call them back until I know who might be calling but no luck. Some idea who is it?
