I am sick of these (insert your own expletive here) calling me at all hours of the day. I always reject the call and occasionally get the dead voice mail message. I would like to sue the XXXXX for wasting my time.

Called my mobile using my first name, identified themselves "Albany Assured" and said it was in connection with the accident I had "within the last 2 and a half years". Told them I haven t had one and not to call me again.
