Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 16181895xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Accident Department, Microsoft rep, MCM Solicitors from Manchester, road traffic accident, PPI... This company is a fraud and have leaned next the to be more carefully.
