Was called by this company re a minor RTA I had a few months ago and was told there was a pot of money waiting for me if I proceeded with a personal injury claim. I told him it had all been dealt with and I was satisfied but he did not want to take no for an answer and persisted in telling me I would be foolish not to make a claim. I have been telephoned five times from India(?) regarding a car accident I had 2 years ago. The firm wants me to give them information so they can pursue a claim for money for me. The insurance was settled long ago. The firm are scammers.

Saying the successfully pursuited a PBA claim for me but failed to provide the document i signed agreeing they could have 39% of the fee! Several intrusive,informal and insulting phone calls since and reluctant to cooperate with them.
