Spam HMRC calls - dont answer, threatening legal action if dont reply!

Unknown foreign man. Please be careful. I cut off call.

3 times this number has contacted me in the last 2 hour, each time asking for a different name none of which I know doing my head in now. They keep saying they will remove number then ring again half hour later!!

Number called. Goodbye message. Tried calling back and just got a recorded message that says they are part of the Clear Group of companies. but when you try and speak to someone you don t get put through - just rings!

I too received a call at a funeral at 1020 this morning about so-called PPI, when asked how they got a ex directory number, they were reluctant to answer their source. I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names. A Google search suggests that it might be to do with personal alarms, this is the number that calls the people listed as emergency contacts for the person.

Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.

I bought a car from Bayliss Motors of Cheltenham and this was just a courtesy call. I didn't recognise the number so I checked it out before calling back. No problem.

These scum bags called me while I was at work, claiming to be calling regarding a crash I had, that old chestnut. They deserve to have their dirty hands cut off so that they can anymore people.

Phoned 15 mins ago - left message that was unintelligible. I immediately checked your site & others. Based on previous comments, have blocked the scumbags.
