This is the UK version of a scam running amok in the US. The supposed company, microsoftechs.com, contacts people and claims there is an issue with their computer. The claim to be partnered with Microsoft and gain confidence with all the classic scam talk. False accident claims. When I asked to be removed from calling list the caller shouted f#@k of you kn@b and hung up.

I answer only if I know the number because I know that if I don t have it,it will be a call centre or similar. This number tried to call me 5 time in a week! is it important? leave a message!

Selling caravan on gumtree amongst other sites, received text message asking me to email further information with an address. Email replied immediately saying wanted to do PayPal transaction in full no questions asked. I emailed back not interested in a scam. Reporting to PayPal.
