Crap caller
Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). This company has called me several times over a period of months. After the first 3 calls I told them in no uncertain manner that I was fed up with their calls and not to call again. However the same number calls me regularly, despite the fact that I never answer now. Surely this is harassment?

SCAM Called claims to be from BT and ask you to download Quick Support to test your connection. Once they get the 9 digit ID they can then see your screen They ask you to log into websites, copy the url to 'test' the connection. Luckily my pw auto logs in, so I didn't type it. Be wary as on the BT website it does say they wouldn't ask you to screen share

3 times these person called me after saying twice nicely that I wasn't interested and hanged up. The 3rd time wasn't so nice and asked to speak to management and he refused to and then was threatening as well saying who do you think I am and do you know who I am etc.
Automated call claiming to be from HMRC. I hung up without waiting to hear the whole message as I have had fraudulent calls just like this before.
