Just received a call from this number which said I had a text message but the message was garbled. Phoned our friend who was in a London hospital thinking it was him and he had sent by accident a text message to our landline which resulted in this call. It must be the message service operated by BT but doesn t appear to work very well.

had a missed call so checked the number. turns out to be somebody saying they are mostly from the DWP, they seem to want to offer you options to access your pension etc. they obviously are NOT the DWP.

someone please call this number back and play a game on them as revenge! these are probably telemarketing or collection numbers, DO NOT ANSWER! Caller claimed they were calling because my Beko washing machine warranty had expired. I don t have a Beko washing machine. I gave this incorrect information to a unwanted cold call last week (Indian caller, UK Preference, claiming they were doing a survey). They have obviously passed my details to this company.

New numbers like this all the time but: If you have caller ID, get a phone with "night mode" where it only rings for numbers in the stored phone memory.

Rang once, couldn t understand name of company but heard PPI, so put phone down, rang back immediately and the male operative said, "Why did you put the phone down", I replied, "Cos I m not interested". He answered, "Interested in what" in an angry tone, so I just said, "In whatever you re selling" and hung up again. The phone then rang again immediately and I didn t answer. Didn t like the tone of the call at all, or appreciate being rung back a further twice.
