The company is called Consumer Care Direct based in Manchester and claim to save money for you, as long as you give them some. After telling the first caller that I would be reporting them to TPS I received another call 3 minutes later from an arrogant agent calling himself Victor. accident cold calling group

I have received 2 calls so far this morning, i don't answer numbers which are not in my handset phone book so they are wasting their time.

Claimed to be from Coventry, offering to help with a serious problem on my computer. I asked him what sort of computer he thought I had. He cleverly said he didn t know and would not ever access my computer because that would be illegal. I pretended to play along for a bit, until he got annoyed with my frivolous answers to questions and hung up. Definitely a fraudster.
