Fraud SCAM Got a call from this number, 21/02/2024 at 16:41. Scam caller claiming to be carphone warehouse, which I have no account or dealings with. The people on the other end were talking together unaudibly for at least 30 seconds before some lady spoke through the phone claiming to be carphone warehouse, which she called ‘carphone company’. Hang up and block this number immediately.

Pretending to be from Amazon and saying that I had a £900 transaction taken from my Amazon account and wanted me to follow their instructions and put a code in my phone I told him to call me back in 10 minutes as my daughter would be speak to him and she works with the police he hung up. I did know it was a scam that’s why I said it. I just feel sorry for the people that they do trap as they are scum. If you don’t No them hang up. And don’t give them any of your details.

SCAM - Apparently saw and ad for my car and wanted to buy it via paypal without even seeing the car. Definitely a paypal scam where they try to extort money out of you first.

A woman called from "PCP Claims", I hung up since it's clearly a spam call. I've been getting a lot of spam calls from numbers starting with "0330 190 05" in the past week.
High premium mobile used by unsuspecting hospital patients to phone out. They will think its a free mobile as its in hospital but it charges high costs. If you phone the number you will be warned that it is a high premium . Cannot understand why hospitals allow this number to be used

The caller ID showed metro dry cleaners but the caller said they were from carphone warehouse calling about a 'special promotion'. He said he got my number 'from the database'. Hung up and googled the number, possibly a scam using a legitimate business number

Try’s to tell you there’s a CCJ against you for unpaid fees to an advertising company (community council advertising working in connection with National crime prevention) recons bailiffs will be attending at 9am. SCAM this number is sending out texts that are a potential scam - just received a message purporting to be from one of my sons. On checking with this website I find this number is in Manchester Uk, as was the number they asked me to WhatsApp. My son, on the other hand is nowhere even close to the Uk.
