Just an stupid voice recording from 'The National Crime Agency' threatening to cut off my National Insurance benefits and arrest me due to fraud if I didn't call back. So, just for a laugh, I pressed 1. Got a lot of call centre noise with Indian accents but no one answering. So I screamed down the phone and then got an extremely abusive American accented voice with whom I had a shouting match (I won). NO-ONE from a UK crime agency or a UK government would attempt to contact someone like that.

Got a call from 01246 255920 it was the same company UK Finance who keep ringing me on different numbers. They said i am due 10 year bank charges but could not tell me which bank. I just keep them on the line saying i need to write the number down then can't find my glasses etc. It must be 6 times they have called asking me to ring 0913 1240 871 which could cost me around £25 a call as it is a premium number. Of course once i do ring 0913 they can then release my cheque. I must have wasted at least an hour

Said they were conducting reviews on UK pensions and that my pension was due for review. Seems strange as I have no pension nor is one then up for review. This number called my landline then called my mobile immediately afterwards, so they obviously had my details rather than calling random numbers. I don t answer to numbers I don t recognise and they didn t leave a message on either my answerphone or my voicemail, so I ve no idea who it was.
