A man called claiming to be from TPS, as I was already registered it was a ‘customer verification call’ ( never had to do this before nor is it on the TPS website) claimed my registration only applied to local calls only, he could apply the block to international calls, I questioned him and he bacame aggressive, would not answer my questions and came out with the same spiel ‘customer verification call’ I hung up and have blocked the number.

Continued from before.... Steps I did: 1. Massively panicked 2. Forwarded the message to 7726, and followed their instructions and text STOP to the number (83463). 3. Logged it with the ICO. 4. Called the number (0330....5) in the morning and couldn't get through. 5. Called Three, told them about all the information I'd sought out and how good they'd been. I used this company a few years ago and they haven t stopped ringing me since to ask if they could provide me with another product. This is despite me telling them on numerous occasions that I won t be buying anything from them again. It goes in cycles, they ring every day for a few days until I end up getting angry and answer them to tell them to stop ringing and to remove my details. They stop for a couple of months before starting up again. Well not any more as I have now blocked their number.
