SCAM - "NC Power" claiming to be our provider (Gazprom) trying to confirm information as next month's billing will be wrong. Same woman called last month from a different number (029 218 2591) asking the exact same thing for the previous month's billing. Pointed out that I'd personally called Gazprom about something else (in the last two days!) and mentioned these calls and that our accounts are actually fine and she hung up?!

The area code for this number is Belfast. I don't know anyone there so assume its either telesales or a scam/fraud. Either way the call was missed and is now blocked.

SCAM Claiming to by Lloyds - a bank I don’t even have an account with. Text message saying “You have requested £829.99 to Asim Khan DEBIT will reflect shortly on your accounts. Contact us if this was NOT you via, 0333 339 4872”. Apparently both numbers in France. FFS fed up to the back teeth with scammers - LPA for my mum who has been scammed out of thousands of pounds. They fail on DPA/GDPR as don't seem to understand the principles of validating they are speaking to the account holder. They don't have access to account information such as account numbers, billing area codes etc.
