Just received a call from an Indian sounding chap called Charles . Asked me to confirm if I was receiving a high volume of telemarketing calls, and that he could help. Gave me the 0845 number, and told me to call for a box to plug in to the phone for ?1 something per month. It is Vodafone offering new rates for customers. Can be irritating as they have rang my phone numerous times a day, however for people complaining if you just answer and POLIETLY say ur not interested they will remove you from their calling list. No point being aggressive or rude to the people on the phone ... They are only doing their jobs!

I contacted this number after several missed calls, the company is called Freshstart, from what they said they get your info via loan applications etc, They seem to either provide or find you Debt Management company/PPI insurance recovery and probably other things. I just said I didnt need it and to take me of the call list.

We have had 3 calls within 5 mins, each person says that according to their industrial records I or a person at my address has worked in a factory in the past 20 years etc etc..... obviously they are cold calling to drum up legal claims trade!!!!!! Each time I tell them no one has worked in this sort of environment and each time they say they ll remove from their records and then surprise we get another call. TPS are absolutely useless!!!!!!!!
