I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. SCAM - 01902681798 claims to be from Amazon. A recorded message plays saying your Amazon Prime account will be renewed at 79.99 and if you have issues to press 1 to speak to a customer rep. This is obviously an attempt to get you to confirm personal details (I do not have an annual Prime account to begin with).
