I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names. Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.

A Google search suggests that it might be to do with personal alarms, this is the number that calls the people listed as emergency contacts for the person.

I keep getting calls on my mobile from this number called it back they answered as Freedom. Now blocked. Fed up of unknown calls.
