Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. Tried to sell me loft insulation, told he I ve got recently on a grant. Then went onto cavity wall insulation,, can t have that done, not got proper cavity walls. Then tried to sell me external cladding insulation. Told her to sod off and I would be reporting the call as a nuisance. She then went on to try and sell me a new gas boiler.

Received call from busy overseas call centre claiming to be BT. When I pointed out that yesterdays call was reported as a fraud to the police she hung up. Yesterdays call exactly same script but from 01724956685 they are hacking into or falsely generating a UK number. It is the role of BT to put a stop to this nonsense?
