Call said suspicious contraction on my bank account money taken out from Amazon and others HSBC . Press 1 to speak to someone . Automated call.

This was from a rude and abusive man with very poor English who claimed he was from carphone warehouse and when I said I wasn't interested he said he was also a police officer and was going to find out where I lived and beat me up, he was screaming abuse at me. This was entirely unprovoked as I am a very polite pensioner who never shouts and swears, I would recommend everyone to do as I have done and block this number.

SCAM Stole money from my father. Uses Anydesk and Binance. Apparently an investment opportunity, strung him along for about 2 months.

An Asian accented female called from this number. Insisting she was from Vodafone. Said she had a deal for me and was given my number to offer this great deal but no details about my contract. I said she should have my contract, she said no, this went back and forth. The deal was worse then my current contract. I said she was wasting my time. She said I was wasting hers and got rude. I said your behaviour and comments implies your are not Vodafone and are most likely a scam. She put the phone down

SUSPECTED SCAM - My phone didn’t display ‘suspected spam’ message and on this occasion, I answered it, heard first few seconds of a recorded message: claiming to be Mastercard Security department. Hung up & blocked number.

Received a call from 07520648939, claimed to be from a finance/stock market company- very strong foreign accent. Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. Probably a scam and I have blocked the number now

Called saying they were from Vodaphine technical team checking on my service. They wanted me to do a speed test first on my laptop, then on my phone. As apperently they were currently working on the line and I was having issues... I'm not with Vodaphone. They eventually hung up.

Another scam call from "The Advisors", trying to sell premium savings on life insurance. 'Paul' tells me their website is at theadvisors.co.uk - visiting that results in a rather empty webpage from the domain owner trying to sell the domain for £800. No proper website in place! It's the second call I've got from 'Paul' at The Advisors this week, I blocked his previous number, which was 07723553123. You can spot a pattern in these numbers, they're 0772355xxxx. This number, or slight variants of it, keep calling me. It's some kind of a Lottery Scam. They claim to be the National Lottery but admit they aren't once challenged. Requests to delete my number have clearly been ignored.

Definitely not British Gas. Very out of date information, no idea what name was on the account, could only give us details on our closed account from years ago, and tried to say our contact was up very soon (it's not)
