SCAM silent caller

Made the mistake of answering it, because I have family in Manchester ! Listened long enough to hear, a recorded message - this is Mastercard security…… hung up and blocked the number

Called from this number 08.31 today - caller claimed to be from my bank and that there had been suspicious payments on my bank card. This was followed by the usual requests that I press numbers to confirm or reject these payments, I did neither just hung up and checked my bank information.

Michael the northerner posing as someone who lives in Ferndown, BH postcode, scamming multiple people out of £1000 for a deposit on a van (van make/model changes). Reported to Barclays, local police and action fraud. Urging anybody else to do the same. SCAM. Phishing scam text message “ Your Apple Pay has been suspended, please update your details by visiting:” not including dodgy link in this comment.

Scammer with automated message stating it was my bank.. Claimed a transfer of £600 had been blocked to western union and asking me to dial 1 to connect to an operator. I hung up as I don't even have £600 and checked with my online banking for any alerts. Nothing there.

The caller from this number suggests I'm their fathers wife! Thanking me for being supportive. Mmm dodgy to me as I have no children of my own but a step daughter NOT step son as the caller named himself John.

This guy claims to a decorator may be he is, Nevertheless he hacks into peoples phones especially women, he must get some sort of kick out it. Be mindful if you receive a meme or messages via WhatsApp from him, suggest you delete it straight away and block him. In addition, if you receive a message/meme from a contact in your phone that they normal would not send delete it. This number is used by scammers. My experience is that they advised me that my PayPal account had been used suspiciously, and invited me to call this number and get the supposed transaction cleared. What made this so dangerous, was the fact that they used the Paypal site giving this number to contact to resolve the problem. Very cute, they nearly caught me, but they asked too many questions about bank accounts, which set the alarm bells ringing. Asked why, the call was terminated.

Someone called our offices and abused our admin assistant, when rang back to ask why they did this the number was unobtainable. whoever called upset a young lady enough for her to start crying and need to be sent home with another member of staff.
