these people rang on several occasions from various numbers around the country as I blocked them one by one. they rang whilst I was at work, even though I said not. The last call from this number I told them to take me off the list and they would not give up, even after saying I couldn't take calls at work. in the end I said if you ring back I will take this further and hung up.

They won't be calling again. Block these scammers. Disgusting behaviour. Usual pause before they hear you, then sound polite and smiley but immediately then try to impose and intimidate with their fake sales spiel patter. Utter Bull, Do not bother answering.

Automated call about a car accident. Was literally answering in "meows" and she was talking back normally.

said it was social services, then claimed they had got the wrong number / case, sounds very suspicious. Might be some sort of scam.

SCAM Yesterday I received a call from this number saying something about criminal activity on my national insurance card. I hung up as I had received another call with the same recorded message about 4 hours earlier (from 07474385856)

I received a call from 02039587974 telling me they are calling from London County Court and that I have had a tax fraud case against me. They asked if I was able to make a £1198.00 payment so prevent my car being seized and sending the police out, whilst I was on the phone they tried to convince me they are calling from London Central count and asked me to google the number and rang me from the same central London county court number to assure me. I rang London court to confirm and told me it was not them

He claimed he wanted to reinstall my business on Google Maps, when I told him I didn't want him to do anything, he asked me why, when I said I didn't have to give him a reason he got very verbal and refused to listen. I got very annoyed with him and hung u

Have had 3 text messages in 4 hours from this number so suspect it is not genuine. It is worrying though as people who bank with Halifax could easily have pressed link
